Motobike Istanbul trade fair event’s Bajaj stand showcased a custom built, adventure edition of the Pulsar NS200. It isn’t a true blue adventure motorcycle but with added bits, it can conquer some amount of off-roading.
The headlight, for example, is protected by a mesh grill that is aimed to save it from pebbles while going off the tarmac. Aiding the primary illuminator in providing adequate light is a pair of auxiliary lamps that are placed right below the front blinkers. The engine and the radiator are guarded by aftermarket bash plate and radiator guards respectively. Providing protection to the rider, and the brake/clutch lever is the pair of knuckle-guard.
Adding to the efficiency for carrying luggage are the saddlebag support brackets and top box mount which would let you carry sufficient amount of baggage.
There was no mention to the upgrades to the mechanical specifications but they’re not likely to be any different from the standard Pulsar NS200. Thus, the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 Adventure Edition continues to use 199.5cc Single-cylinder, 4 stroke, Liquid Cooled, Triple Spark, fuel-injected engine. The motorcycle also gets the safety net of ABS.
