All thanks to Autologue Design, this typical Bajaj Dominar 400 has evolved into a much more appealing Domivel X. One gets a perfectly placed crash guard with frame slider on the lower end while first thing that gets noticed is its extended tank extensions with perfectly placed tank grips.
As touring will be the primary purpose of Domivel X, using a huge front windscreen was the best way to cut wind-blast by considerable amount. Front fascia also features two LED fog lamps attached neatly to the lower side of headlight.
Apart from these, one gets hand guards, fender specific number plate holder and IXIL exhaust. This typical example uses white and blue body finish. Fuel tank flaunts the stock white shade while other parts are finished in present generation inspired Glacier Blue shade. They have not mentioned any engine tuning but as the exhaust used here is different one can expect fuel efficiency to vary from stock motorcycle’s 35 kmpl figure.
Dominar 400 is powered by a 373.2cc, single cylinder engine producing 35 HP at 8000 rpm and 35 Nm at 6500 rpm. The engine comes mated to a slipper clutch assisted six speed gearbox. It weighs 182 kg and rivals none other than Mahindra Mojo and Royal Enfield Classic 350 in its segment.
Offering dual channel ABS for INR 1,58,275 and non ABS variant for INR 1.44 lakh, Bajaj Auto currently retails Dominar 400 as their flagship product. It comes in Glacier Blue, Canyon Red and Rock Matte Black shade.
